LUCENA CITY, Quezon — At least 202 beneficiaries of the government’s Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) on Cagbalete Island in Mauban, Quezon, have received free SIM cards with mobile data support to help improve their livelihood and their children’s education. In a report, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Region IV-A said beneficiaries from Barangays Cagbalete I and Cagbalete II received SIM cards with 25 gigabytes of free mobile data monthly under the Bayanihan SIM Project of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).
