MANILA, Philippines โ Three individuals linked to the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) and Dawlah Islamiyah surrendered to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) during a protected extraction operation in Mamasapano, Maguindanao del Sur. In a press conference on Monday, NBI Director Melvin Matibag and NBI – BARMM Regional Director Jeremy Lotoc presented to members of the media the three individuals extracted in an operation last Saturday.
