3 BIFF, Dawlah Islamiyah fighters surrendered to NBI

MANILA, Philippines — Three individuals linked to the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) and Dawlah Islamiyah surrendered to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) during a protected extraction operation in Mamasapano, Maguindanao del Sur.
