LINGAYEN, PANGASINAN, Philippines — Three of Pangasinan’s most wanted persons, two facing charges of statutory rape and one charged with sexual assault, were arrested by joint police teams on Tuesday. In Binmaley town, authorities arrested two construction workers, aged 34 and 23, who are accused of raping a 14-year-old close family member on three separate occasions. The suspects were apprehended by virtue of warrants of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 68 in Lingayen, Pangasinan. The court recommended no bail for their temporary release.
