Alan Cayetano: Senate to entertain only PH court arrest orders

MANILA, Philippines — Only arrest warrants against Sen. Bato Dela Rosa issued by Philippine courts will be entertained under the leadership of newly elected Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano.
