LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Friday acknowledged growing “frustration” among Southeast Asian leaders over the lack of progress in resolving the crisis in Myanmar, and that the regional bloc “needs to do more” to move the peace process forward.
