Borbon buy-bust: Couple arrested, P170K shabu seized

CEBU CITY, Philippines — A 29-year-old farm handler listed in the PDEA-PNP Regional Target List and his 32-year-old live-in partner were arrested during a buy-bust operation in Borbon town, northern Cebu, on Wednesday evening, June 3. Confiscated during the operation were five packs of suspected shabu weighing around 25 grams with an estimated average market value of P170,000.
