CITY OF MALOLOS – A member of the Bulacan Provincial Board has been suspended for a month after a female colleague accused him of sexual harassment during a public gathering last year. Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 629-2026, which was approved on July 16 by two-thirds of the board, ordered the suspension of Efren Bartolome Jr., who represents the lone district of the City of San Jose del Monte.
