MANILA, Philippines – Tropical Cyclone Caloy (international name: Hagupit) weakened into a tropical depression on Sunday morning, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). In its 11 a.m. cyclone bulletin, Pagasa said Caloy’s maximum sustained winds and gusts decreased from 65 to 55 kilometers per hour (kph), and gusts of up to 70 kph.
