Cebuano tops Civil Engineering Board 2025

CEBU CITY, Philippines — A Cebuano graduate has topped the November 2025 Civil Engineering Board, giving the Queen City of the South another academic triumph. Jonathan Conrad Go Yu of the University of San Carlos (USC) clinched the number 1 spot nationwide, leading 4,268 new civil engineers with an impressive 91.75 percent rating, based on results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
