CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Commission on Higher Education Central Visayas (CHED-7) praises Cebu’s nursing schools as they delivered one of the strongest board performances in recent years, where they produced an exceptional haul of topnotchers. The region’s impressive showing in the November 2025 Philippine Nursing Licensure Examination (PNLE), where 41 Cebu-based graduates secured top spots, more than tripled last year’s tally of topnotchers, according to CHED-7 Director Dr. Filomena Dayagbil.
