Manila Rep. Joel Chua on Saturday night cited government records as strong bases for proving the alleged misuse of confidential funds and unexplained wealth of Vice President Sara Duterte. These include Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN), Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) reports, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, and Commission on Audit (COA) notices of disallowance, the lawmaker said.
