MANILA, Philippines — A man allegedly posing as a police officer was arrested in Parañaque City for supposedly trying to extort P1.1 million from a foreigner, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group National Capital Region (CIDG NCR) said on Thursday. Police operatives caught the suspect at a parking lot in the Aseana City business district in Parañaque City on Wednesday afternoon, CIDG NCR chief Col.
