Couple to face child neglect charges after son swept into sea during Typhoon Ragasa

A Hong Kong couple whose five-year-old son was swept into the sea at a waterfront during Super Typhoon Ragasa last year have been charged with child neglect and are set to appear in court on Tuesday.
