MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — Confiscated “hot meat” — including lechon, pork, and other meat products transported without proper permits or veterinary inspection — is usually seized by authorities to prevent the possible spread of animal diseases. But have you ever wondered what happens to these hot meat products after they are confiscated?
