MANILA, Philippines โ The Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court (ICC) on Friday, November 28, unanimously rejected former President Rodrigo Duterteโs appeal for interim release. The ruling of the five-member chamber affirmed with the decision of Pre-Trial Chamber I (PTC I) to keep Duterte in detention in The Hague, the Netherlands.
