MANILA, Philippines — Former Senate President Pro Tempore Loren Legarda, the principal author and sponsor of Republic Act No. 12320, also known as the Philippine Veterans’ Month Act, welcomed its enactment, which officially designates April of every year as Philippine Veterans’ Month.
