BAGUIO CITY, Philippines โ The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board has suspended the operation of 26 buses of Victory Liner Inc. following a road crash along Marcos Highway in Barangay Taloy Sur, Tuba, Benguet, on the evening of May 30. The agency also issued a show-cause order directing the bus company to explain why its franchise should not be suspended or revoked over the incident. Initial police investigation showed that a Victory Liner bus bound for La Union suffered mechanical trouble while negotiating an uphill section of the highway.
