MANILA, Philippines โ A Chinese national was arrested in Makati City for allegedly smuggling luxury vehicles and carrying a fake driverโs license, according to the Land Transportation Office (LTO). In a press conference on Friday, LTO Chairperson Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao said that a former employee of the Chinese national came forward to Senator Erwin Tulfo to report smuggling activities.
