LTO to impound e-bikes, e-trikes on major roads starting Dec. 1

MANILA, Philippines — Land Transportation Office (LTO) chief Markus Lacanilao said it is fine with him if electric vehicle (e-vehicle) drivers get angry at him, since his priority is their safety and that of their families.
