MANILA, Philippines — House Committee on Justice chair Gerville “Jinky Bitrics” Luistro on Saturday denied allegations that lawmakers were being offered cash, additional maintenance and other operating expenses (MOOE), and projects in exchange for voting to impeach Vice President Sara Duterte.
