SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union — A modern and more comfortable public market in Bangar town officially opened to the public on Friday, a day after its formal inauguration. Located in Barangay Maria Cristina East, the new two-story public market was built at a cost of nearly P200 million, funded by the local government unit (LGU). The facility spans 10,026 square meters and features 384 stalls, along with a parking area that can accommodate up to 240 vehicles.
