MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) will send a letter, instead of a subpoena, to Nancy de la Rosa, wife of Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa, amid its ongoing investigation into the senator’s “escape,” according to NBI Director Melvin Matibag on Thursday.
