LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu โ A low pressure area (LPA) may form within the next week and could become a tropical cyclone, based on a forecast issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Friday, November 28.
