Pasko sa Mandaue starts; Jonkie grateful despite calamities

MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — The Pasko sa Mandaue celebration officially opened on Friday night, November 28, with the ceremonial lighting of the city’s Christmas tree at the heritage plaza. Mayor Thadeo Jovito “Jonkie” Ouano and Congresswoman Emmarie “Lolypop” Ouano-Dizon led the event, which also featured a fireworks display to mark the start of the Christmas festivities.
