MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines and Paraguay on Monday signed an agreement waiving visa requirements for holders of ordinary passports to boost tourism and trade between the two countries. Philippine Foreign Secretary Theresa Lazaro and Paraguayan Foreign Minister Rubén Ramírez Lezcano signed the visa waiver agreement during Paraguayan President Santiago Peña’s visit to Malacañang as part of his two-day trip to the country.
