CEBU CITY, Philippines — After weeks under yellow and red alert, grid conditions in the Visayas have improved on Thursday, June 4. The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) announced the activation of KSPC (Korea SPC Power Corp.) 2 in Naga City, Cebu, which helped boost the region’s supply.
